Product information, availability, and pricing rules.

All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices may change from time to time. Indrajeet Print may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

• We try to keep all website information correct and updated.
• Purchase of any product is subject to stock availability.
• Prices, rates, and product details may be changed without notice.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or supplier error, Indrajeet Print may cancel the order and refund the amount if already charged.
• Product specifications such as weight, size, and colour are approximate and may slightly vary.
• Because T-shirts and fabrics are handcrafted, slight size, shape, or colour variation may occur.

Order acknowledgement is not the same as final acceptance.

Products shown on the website are displayed as an invitation to offer. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and that offer is subject to acceptance by Indrajeet Print.

• Email, SMS, or push notification acknowledgement does not automatically mean the order has been accepted.
• Indrajeet Print may accept, decline, or cancel the order in whole or in part.
• An order is considered accepted once it is dispatched for delivery.
• Additional verification or information may be required before accepting an order.
• Customer must provide accurate recipient name, contact number, and shipping address.

Cancellation is possible only before preparation or dispatch.

Some orders may be cancelled by Indrajeet Print because of unforeseen circumstances, quantity limitations, pricing errors, or other operational limitations. We will try to contact or notify you before cancellation.

• Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be modified or cancelled.
• For modification or cancellation, contact +91-7532065433 or 7503565463.
• If the order has not been prepared or dispatched, we will try to modify or cancel it.
• If the order is already prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Please give at least 24 hours advance notice where possible.
• A 4% cancellation or payment gateway charge may apply where applicable.

Order number and order details are shared after placement.

Shortly after placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email or SMS with your order details and order number.

Delivery timing can be affected by weather, disruptions, or recipient availability.

Delivery may take longer because of bad weather, political disruptions, or other unforeseen situations. Before major occasions, we recommend placing your order at least five days in advance.

• If the recipient is not available, delivery may be handed to gate, reception, or neighbour if instructed.
• Proof of delivery may be provided in case of any dispute.
• If no one is available at the shipping address, the order will not be treated as late, and no refund or cancellation will be allowed on that basis alone.
• Indrajeet Print generally attempts delivery once under the selected order class or category.
• Wrong address, recipient unavailable, locked premises, or refusal to accept delivery may be treated as deemed delivery.

Replacement is available for genuine wrong or defective product cases.

If a wrong or defective product is delivered, contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp or call +91-7532065433 / 7503565463.

• Our team may ask for product details, photos, or video proof.
• In genuine cases, damaged or defective products will be replaced.
• If the wrong product is delivered, it will be replaced with the correct one.
• If the outer box looks damaged, please make an opening video.
• For a second replacement attempt, an uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.
• Full refund may be possible if Indrajeet Print is unable to process or deliver the product due to reasons such as stock unavailability or no-delivery zone.
• Approved refunds may take 10 to 15 business days to reflect.

Some situations are outside the company’s refund responsibility.

• Delay caused by political reason, state of emergency, Act of God, heavy rainfall, or similar events.
• Incorrect address provided by the sender.
• Unsuccessful delivery because the recipient was unavailable or refused delivery.
• Quality issues caused by improper handling by the recipient.
• Cancellation request made after the order has already been prepared or dispatched.

Please respond on time after your product is ready.

If the customer refuses or does not respond to calls or messages after the product is ready, Indrajeet Print is not responsible for item loss or damage after reasonable notice.

• Please respond on time and take immediate action after notice.
• If payment balance is pending, complete it quickly.
• If self-pickup is possible, pick up the order urgently.
• Indrajeet Print does not provide long-term warehouse storage for ready goods.

Editable original design files are not shared.

Indrajeet Print does not share original editable design files, whether the design work is paid or free.
